Montago Bradley is a seasoned Human Resources executive with more than 16 years of progressive leadership experience spanning People Operations, organizational effectiveness, employee and labor relations, leadership development, culture, and workforce strategy. Throughout his career, he has built HR functions from the ground up, guided organizations through significant growth and restructuring, implemented scalable people systems, and advised executive teams through complex organizational change and M&A activity.

His experience includes leading People Operations during periods of rapid organizational growth, including helping Embrace Pet Insurance scale from approximately 197 to 330 employees while improving employee engagement from roughly 72% to 85%. His background also spans construction and demolition, multi-site education, and the public sector.

A defining part of Montago’s perspective comes from his 12 years as an SEIU 1199 union president before transitioning to the management side of labor relations. Having worked from both sides of the table has shaped a leadership approach grounded in accountability, communication, fairness, negotiation, and practical problem-solving.

Today, Montago serves as Managing Principal of Bradley Consolidated Advisory, where he helps organizations strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational capability, People Operations infrastructure, culture, and employee engagement. His work centers on bringing structure to complexity, strengthening leaders, and building practical systems that enable both people and organizations to perform at a higher level.
